🔑 Managers: reset a rep's sign-in (lost or new phone)

Use this when a rep loses their phone, gets a new one, or signed in on someone else's. Reset kicks that rep off every phone; they sign back in with a new text code on their own phone. Reps turned off in TMS are cut off automatically.

🌐 Have them scan this

They scan it with their phone's camera, pick their language, and you each talk into your own phone.

🎧 Listen to a meeting

Zilla listens quietly, then gives you a summary, decisions, to-dos and calendar events. The recording itself is never saved.

Florida law: everyone in the meeting has to know it's being recorded. Tell them before you start.
